Acceptance of These Terms
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any bet on 1qqq, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form the complete agreement between you and 1qqq. They apply to every product on the site: slots, fishing games, live casino tables, crash games such as Aviator, and any promotions or bonuses offered now or in the future.
Eligibility & Account Setup
You must be at least 18 years old to register. 1qqq does not allow players under 18 to open an account, deposit or play — no exceptions.
Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balance held in them may be forfeited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your username and password.
- You must provide accurate full name, date of birth and contact details during registration.
- Your registered mobile number must match the bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals.
- 1qqq may request identity verification at any time, including before your first withdrawal.
Account Rules & Security

1qqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that shows signs of fraud, abuse of bonus offers, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Deposits & Payment Methods
All transactions on 1qqq are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We currently accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳400. Funds typically arrive in your account within 2 minutes of a successful transfer.
1qqq does not charge any deposit fees. Any mobile banking fees imposed by your wallet provider are separate and outside our control. Only deposit money that belongs to you; third-party funding is not permitted.

Withdrawals & KYC
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,500 per request. The maximum you can withdraw in a single day is ৳190,000 (this limit increases at higher VIP tiers). Approved withdrawals are processed within approximately 8 minutes.
KYC document requirements
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents are:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving Licence
Our team reviews KYC submissions within 2 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is approved. Submit clear, unedited photos of your document. Edited or unreadable images will be rejected and re-review will restart the 2-hour clock.
Bonus Terms at 1qqq
All bonuses and promotional offers come with specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means you accept the terms attached to it. Here are the core rules that apply to our standard Welcome Bonus:

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that remain after the full wagering requirement is met can be requested for withdrawal. Attempting to abuse a bonus — for example by placing low-risk bets designed purely to clear wagering — may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
1qqq may change, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Gameplay & Fair Use
All games on 1qqq use certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP figures reflect long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds — they do not guarantee results in any individual session.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or software error during a game round, 1qqq will attempt to settle bets based on the state of play at the time of the fault. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and your stake returned. No compensation beyond the returned stake will be paid.
Conduct We Prohibit
The following actions will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or both:
- Opening more than one account per person or household
- Using bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
- Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — if you discover a bug, report it to support immediately
- Using someone else's payment wallet to deposit or withdraw
- Providing false information during registration or KYC
- Attempting to launder money through the platform
Limitation of Liability
1qqq is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or profits arising from platform unavailability, server downtime, internet issues on your side, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
